Processing time

Orders will be processed and shipped the same day if placed any time before 9am. Any orders placed after then will be shipped the next day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

By default items will be shipping using Yodel Direct with a standard tracked service estimated around 3-5 days to deliver. Shipping price is a flat fee of £2.19 to most locations within the UK, however remote destinations may incur a slightly higher flat fee. Although, one thing that is constant is that orders totalling £25 or over will be shipped for free.

Note: If you request a different courier we can facilitate that but our usual pricing won't apply.

Order Tracking

As mentioned before, orders are tracked. The tracking information will be automatically uploaded to your order in the accounts section of our site but if you have a Shop account then you can also track your order there. If you would like us to send your tracking info or if you are having trouble accessing your account then you can contact us via live chat or email us.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages 

In the event where a package is lost, late or damage please get in touch with us ASAP. We will do everything we can to rectify the situation as swiftly as is humanly possible. We are here to help you so don't worry at all!
